1. During the working process, the putty spraying machine automatically stops. The possible reason is: sudden power failure at the construction site. If the power supply cannot be restored in a short time, please cut off the power supply, remove the delivery hose, pump core and all accessories, and then clean it. When disassembling the conveying pipe, please cover the disassembly area with a packing bag or other items to prevent the sudden release of pressure in the conveying pipe and the risk of mortar ejection during disassembly; if the motor is overloaded, please check whether the fuse is blown.

2. If the slurry is too dry or the downtime is too long without cleaning, it may cause blockage failure: blockage failure is also one of the causes of overload. When this happens, turn off the power first and do not immediately disassemble the spray gun or delivery hose. Otherwise, the huge pressure in the pipeline will be released from the disassembly position and cause danger. Check whether the nozzle is blocked; turn the power switch forward and open; if the material in the delivery hose is insufficient, it means that the hose is blocked. Connect a clean spray gun to continue spraying work.

3. The machine rotates normally. But the slurry is very slow or there is no slurry, the possible reason is: the pump core wears too long. The rotating part in the funnel is drawn into space because the slurry is too dry or the dry powder is not suitable for mechanical operation. In this case, the pump core will produce dry friction due to no material, which will quickly cause the pump core to generate high temperature and burn.

4. If the pressure gauge is connected, the reading of the pressure gauge can reflect whether the machine is working normally: if the pressure gauge is greater than 25kg and the discharge is very slow or there is no discharge, a blockage failure may occur, and the contraction of the hose will occur at any time, and there is a pipe burst Please stop immediately. Press the reverse direction to decompress, then perform maintenance and cleaning.
