1. Maintenance of spraying line spray booth. If the air supply system of the spray cabinet is blocked or there is too much dust, the air filter cotton needs to be replaced, and the back of the spray cabinet should be opened for about three days to clean the oil filter system. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the oil stains of the conveyor network chain and add butter from time to time.

2. Maintenance of oil supply system. When the sprayer is used, turn on the paint return valve to make the paint flow back to the ink tank. Take out the ink tank and pour the cleaning solvent into the mixing tank and start the oil pump. In addition, open the return valve and spray gun to the maximum so that the cleaning solvent is in the oil pipe. Circulate and clean the spray gun and oil pump. The pump and spray gun are extremely precise, so please don't disassemble them randomly during cleaning to avoid damage.

3. After a week or 50 hours of operation, check that the pump body, cylinder and cup of the mortar combiner are well sealed, the tightness of the belt at the transmission, the firmness and tightness of the pipe joints, and the exterior of the pump should be cleaned and brushed with thin oil to prevent Dirt sticking.

4. The main components such as clutch, backflow unloading valve, reducer, air compressor, etc. should be inspected regularly according to their usage requirements. If worn or damaged, it should be adjusted and replaced in time.

5. Before refueling the mortar mixer and mortar combined machine, clean the dirt from the oil injection and oil holes.
